No matter what you choose, you will find that Forest Hill Manor offers the smartest value in retirement living and is the only retirement community in the Peninsula to provide a choice in entrance fees: you may select the Classic Amortized Option or the 90% Deferred Repayment Plan whereby you or your estate will receive a refund of 90% of the entrance fee you paid. You choose the option that is best for your estate planning.

As a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), Forest Hill Manor provides access to a continuum of care as your health needs changes over time with the convenience of assisted living and skilled nursing services available in the Health Center in the South Wing. As a special benefit under the Forest Hill Manor Continuing Care Agreement, residents receive ten days skilled nursing services free annually in the Medicare Certified Health Center.
