Forest Hill Manor, the first not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) on the Monterey Peninsula, celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2004 and began its sixth decade of service by expanding the campus and initiating a new continuing care program. The expansion added a four story building, the South Wing, housing a state-of-the-art Health Center, now Medicare certified, an assisted living wing and twenty-four residential apartments. In addition, two cottages, with a total of eight apartments, were built at the corner of Fountain and Gibson. Currently, there are apartments available in both the South Wing and Cottages as well as the Main Manor and West Wing. Call a Residency Counselor to find out what is available.
The continuing care program at Forest Hill Manor offers a contemporary approach to financing retirement living and is lauded for the benefits it provides the residents. Forest Hill Manor continues to be the first choice for people looking for a lifestyle that provides personal satisfaction, security, and the peace of mind gained from having a continuum of care available.
